What started as a passion for slow-smoked, handcrafted barbecue has grown into something much more meaningful. I built this business from the ground up—literally. I welded and built the smoker myself, framed the trailer it rides on, and even constructed the custom loading ramps that get it from yard to event. Every piece of this operation carries my own hands and heart in it.

For us, it’s never just about the food. It’s about being part of your big moments: weddings, celebrations, reunions, and the days you’ll look back on for years to come.
